Ingredients
- 1½ cup walnut pieces, toasted
- 2 cups rolled oats, divided
- ¾ cup brown rice flour
- ½ cup turbinado sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Pinch ground cloves
- ½ cup pure maple syrup, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil or coconut butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions
- Pulse walnuts with oats and set aside. Slowly incorporate remaining ingredients.
- Place cookie dough on lined cookie trays.
- Bake cookies for 8 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
