  • 3/4 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 Tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted


  1. Beat egg in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Add peanut butter and butter, mixing well.
  3. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients, leaving out the melted chocolate chips.
  4. Bake cookies for 15 to 17 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Drizzle cooled cookies with melted chocolate, if desired.
