These flourless macadamia nut cookies contain absolutely no flour, not even a gluten-free flour blend, tapioca starch, or nut meal.


  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup macadamia nut butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well. The dough will be very moist.
  2. Place dough on lined cookie trays.
  3. Bake cookies for 10 to 13 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
