Ingredients
- 2 pound flank steak
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp of honey
- 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp of ginger (minced)
- 3 scallions (sliced)
- 1 large sealable Ziploc bag
Preparation
- Add soy sauce, oil, and vinegar into the Ziploc bag.
- Add garlic, scallions, honey, and ginger next.
- Place the steak in the bag, flip it to coat it, and then seal it.
- Place the bag in the fridge to marinate for an entire day.
- Remove the steak and grill it.
- Slice and serve.
