Brown Sugar And Beer Marinade For Steaks(3 of 8)

If you need to cook steaks for several people, marinate the steaks with this marinade.
The best part is that you do not even have to put the marinade in the fridge, but can use it instantly once it is made.
Ingredients
- 2 beef sirloin steaks
- 1/4 cup of dark beer
- 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp of seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
Preparation
- With a fork, make holes on the surface of the steaks, both back and front.
- Put the steaks in a baking dish.
- Combine beer, brown sugar, and teriyaki sauce into a bowl.
- Pour the brown sugar and beer mixture over the steaks and let it sit in the marinade for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle 1/2 tsp black pepper, salt, and garlic powder on the steaks and let it site for another 10 minutes.
- Take out the steaks from the marinade.
- Pour the marinade into pan, bring it to a boil, and cook for another few minutes.
- Grill the steaks; baste each side of the steaks with the marinade, slice, and serve.
