The stew is loaded with scrumptious seafood such as clams, shrimps, fishes, and crabmeat.

Ingredients
- 1 can of tomatoes (diced and undrained)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 3 celery sticks (chopped)
- 1 bottle of clam juice
- 1 can of tomato paste
- 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
- 5 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of Italian seasoning
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp of sugar
- 1 pound of haddock fillets (sliced into 1-inch pieces)
- 1 pound of shrimp 20-40 count (uncooked, peeled, and deveined)
- 1 can of clams (chopped and undrained)
- 1 can of crabmeat (drained)
- 2 tbsp of parsley (minced)
Preparation
- Combine the tomatoes, onions, celery sticks, clam juice, tomato paste, vegetable broth, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, bay leaf, Italian seasoning, and sugar in a slow cooker and cook on low heat for 5 hours.
- Add in shrimps, crabmeat, and clams into the slow cooker, cover it, and let it cook for 30 minutes more.
- Discard the bay leaf, garnish with parsley, and serve.
I’m assuming you add the haddock in step 1. Also, how much of the 41-50 per pound shrimp? No amount is specified unless you mean 41 count of 50 per pound shrimp, which I doubt.
I think they mean 1 pound of shrimp, 41-50 count
