Ingredients
- 3 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp of molasses
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 tsp of onion powder
- 1 1/2 pounds of skirt steak
- 1/3 cup of Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
Preparation
- Combine the soy sauce, mustard, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic, molasses, and onion powder.
- Place the steak in the marinade and place it in the fridge for 3 hours or a day.
- Remove the steak from the marinade, grill, slice, and serve.
