If you are looking for a complete meal after a tough one-hour working session, you must definitely keep grilled or baked fish as your option. This delicious meal is packed with protein and omega-3 fatty acids that keep your body healthy, providing your muscles with lots of strength.
Ingredients
- 6 salmon fillets (5 ounces each)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic
Preparation
- Combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and mustard in a small bowl.
- Now pour half the mixture into a re-sealable plastic bag and add the salmon into it.
- Turn the bag to ensure that the salmon is properly coated with the marinade and place in the fridge for 30 minutes, and place the remaining marinade in the fridge as well.
- Once the salmon is cold, get rid of the marinade.
- Spray cooking oil over a paper towel and coat the grill rack with oil.
- Grill the salmon over high heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Once cooked according to your level of doneness, pour the remaining marinade on top and enjoy.
