Ingredients

  • White meat tuna (packed in water, drained, two 6-ounce cans)
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Red onion (minced, 2 tablespoons, this needs to be soaked in cold water for five minutes and then drained)
  • 2 tablespoons minced celery
  • 1/3 cup prepared mayonnaise

Preparation
