Ingredients

  • 3 bunches of shredded, dried, and washed kale
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil on medium to high heat in a frying pan. Add garlic and onions. Cook and stir until they become soft.
  2. Mix in the breadcrumbs, and cook this and stir until they become brown
  3. Stir in the kale and cook until it has become wilted. Serve this either warm or hot.
