Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs of fresh parsley for garnishing purposes
  • 1 pinch of dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Pepper and salt according to taste
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 breast halves of boneless and skinless chicken

Preparation

  1. Cut the lemon into half and squeeze the juice from half of the lemon on top of the chicken. Season this with salt. Allow it to sit while heating oil in a skillet on top of medium low heat.
  2. When the oil has been heated, place the chicken on the skillet. Add on top of this oregano, pepper, and juice from the other lemon half. Sauté this for around 5 to 10 minutes on each of the sides until the juices is cleared out. Serve this with parsley for garnishing purposes.
  3. You can use aluminum foil to keep your granola bars moist, allow it to cook evenly, and make it easier to clean up afterwards.
