We’ve hidden a secret ingredient in this protein-packed vegan cookie dough dip. Your kids will never guess that there are mashed chickpeas in the sweet dough!
Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 3/4 cup of vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
- Place chickpeas in a food processor and grind until smooth.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, saving chocolate chips for last.
