Enjoy the nutritional benefits of sweet potatoes in this savory sweet potato dip. We love the way the ginger and dill enhance the sweet flavor of the sweet potatoes.
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed
- ¼ cup coconut-milk or soy-milk yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp tajin
- 1 tsp dill
- ½ tsp chives
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp flax oil
- ½ tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled.
