Ingredients
Servings: 4
- 2 cups of fresh sliced mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of dry bread crumbs
- 4 skinless and boneless halves of chicken breast
- 1 minced clove of garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 ½ tablespoons of tomato paste
- ¾ cup of chicken broth
Preparation
Total time: 30 minutes
- Take a medium bowl and combine together garlic, salt, oregano, ground black pepper, tomato sauce, and broth. Mix this well and set it aside.
- Dredge chicken in bread crumbs and coat it well.
- Take a large skillet and heat oil in it on medium high heat. Sauté chicken for around 2 minutes on each side until it has become lightly brown.
- Add mushrooms and rest of the broth mixture to the skillet and boil. Cover this and reduce to low heat. Simmer for around 20 minutes. Remove the chicken and then set aside. Cover this so that it can remain warm.
- Boil the broth mixture and cook for around 4 minutes.
- Spoon the sauce on top of the chicken and then serve.

You lied. There is only one chicken recipe. All the other stuff is ads made to look like you can click to the next one.
Right below the content there are big RED BOXES labeled 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, etc and a big NEXT button. That will take you through the gallery to see all the recipes, the numbers let you manually go from page-to-page.
Basically, the next buttons are at the bottom of the each slide.
That helped Moderator. I was thinking the same thing as Dede until I saw your message.
No problem at all Bammer. We thought about not doing slides and having all of the recipes on the same page but the page becomes way too long. This is the only way the site owners could do it without having the pages run on forever.
Glad it helped though!
Also, there is a bug selecting ingredients: as long as user selected one vendor and cancelled, no other vendors available.
He-he…
I was really hoping to find that fried chicken recipe that was in the thumbnail. I’ve yet to master the dish – probably because I don’t really fry in the house …and the chicken pieces I’ve found in my city are entirely too big and fleshy – and was hoping the recipe could give me some ideas on how to go about it better.
Marvelous recipes! Saved most of the six to Pinterest. Love anything with honey, soy sauce, etc!
