  • Spaghetti, 1 pkg.
  • Oyster mushrooms, 2 cups
  • 1 large-sized onion, diced
  • Tomatoes (peeled and chopped), 1 can
  • Red wine, ½ glass
  • Chili powder, 1/8 tsp
  • Garlic (minced), 3 tsp
  • Basil leaves (dry), 2 tsp
  • Olive oil, 2 tbsp
  • Seal salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Follow the instructions on the package to cook spaghetti. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  2. Place a skillet over a low-med heat and add olive oil. When the oil is hot, add chopped garlic and onions. Sauté until golden. Stir in oyster mushrooms and combine well. Add wine to the skillet and continue to sauté until mushrooms are tender.
  3. Add chili powder, dry basil, and tomatoes to the skillet and combine. Season with salt and pepper and cook for another few minutes.
  4. When the mixture is ready, add the spaghetti and mix to combine well.
  5. Your spaghetti is now ready to be served.
