Now you can satisfy your cravings for chicken wings in a less messy manner. The grilled buffalo chicken sandwich is just as tasty as any chicken wing, with the added incentive of not dripping onto your shirt.

Ingredients
Sandwiches
- hamburger buns
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp. ketchup
- ½ c. ranch dressing
- ½ c. Hot sauce
- ¼ c. unsalted butter
Blue Cheese-Apple Slaw
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 celery ribs
- 1½ tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1½ oz. blue cheese
- 1 small apple
- 1 shallot
- 1 c. packed shredded savoy cabbage
- ½ tsp. sugar
- ¼ c. coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Preparation
- First pre-heat the grill to medium high temperature
- Now add hot sauce, ketchup and butter into a bowl, but keep ¼ cup mixture in reserve.
- Now add chicken to the mixture remaining and toss it to coat.
- Now leave it to marinate for 20 minutes and then remove the chicken, whilst throwing away the marinade.
- Now grill the chicken covered, till the internal temperature is 165 degrees F for 5 to 7 minutes per side.
- Grill some buns until they are slightly toasted for 1 to 2 minutes and spread the dressing onto the buns.
- When making the slaw, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and voila!
