Ingredients
Servings: 6 – 8
- 4 bananas (peeled and sliced)
- 4 tbsp of butter (melted)
- 1 cup of packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of rum
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of walnuts (chopped)
- 1/4 cup of coconut (shredded)
Preparation
Total prep time: 15 minutes
Total cook time: 2 hours
- Slice bananas and layer them in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Put brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and rum in a bowl.
- Cover and cook it on low for about 2 hours.
- Sprinkle bananas with walnuts and coconuts when 30 minutes are left.
- Pour it over the bananas.
