10 Mouth Watering Strawberry Desserts

Stuffed and Dipped Strawberries(1 of 10)

We've seen plenty of recipes for chocolate-covered strawberries and lots of recipes for stuffed strawberries, but this is the first recipe we've found that combines the two. Unlike many popular strawberry dessert recipes, you only need a few ingredients for stuffed and dipped strawberries like the ones pictured above.

Ingredients

• 1 pound of large, fresh strawberries
• 8 ounces of semisweet chocolate, chopped and melted
• 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
• Chopped nuts or melted white chocolate, if desired

Preparation

1. Cut stems from strawberries and core centers with a paring knife.
2. Spoon mascarpone cheese into a piping bag or Ziploc bag and remove the tip from one corner.
3. Squeeze mascarpone cheese into the cored strawberries, then transfer them to a lined baking sheet.
4. Dip stuffed strawberries into melted chocolate and place back on waxed tray. Drizzle with white chocolate and top with crushed nuts, if desired.
