Ingredients
Servings: 4 – 6
- 4 cups of milk
- 2/3 cup of white sugar
- 1/2 cup of pearl tapioca
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
Preparation
Total prep time: 5 minutes
Total cook cook time: 3 – 6 hours
- Combine sugar, tapioca, milk, and eggs in a slow cooker.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook it on medium for about 3 hours or on low for about 6 hours.
- Stir occasionally.
- Serve warm.
The recipe directions do not make sense – do you pour the butter/rum mixture over the bananas while in the crockpot at some point? Also, would love to see the other recipes, but where do you click, I keep ending up on ads?
