If you like peanut butter, apples, and grapes, you must prepare this pre-workout snack at home.
The combination of your three favorite things will make you forget that you are on a diet, as low-calories foods are not suppose to taste this good.
Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1/2 apple
- 2 oz. of nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 6 grapes
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, yogurt, and cinnamon and put it aside.
- Slice the apple, making 6 slices.
- Take off each slices’ core.
- Slice the grape in half.
- Spread the yogurt mixture over each apple slice and place two grapes on top of them.
- Eat.
