Ingredients

  • Pea shoots
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of hummus
  • 1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained and sliced thinly)
  • 10 of plain baguette (1/4-inch slices)

Preparation

  1. Toast baguette slices.
  2. Place 1 tbsp of hummus on top of baguette, pea shoots, and tomatoes.
  3. Garnish with flaky salt and olive oil.
