  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup 0% yogurt (Chobani or Fage)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 egg whites (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
  3. Now add yogurt and egg whites into the bowl.
  4. Take an 8×8 pan and spray it with little oil so that the batter doesn’t stick to the surface.
  5. Spread the batter in the pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Take out from oven and cut into small pieces and enjoy while watching your favorite team play.
