Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon minced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 C (16oz) Plain 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, finely chopped, and squeezed dry in a kitchen towel
  • 1 C (8oz) crumbled feta

Preparation

  1. In a glass bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Place the bowl in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Serve with raw veggies of your choice and enjoy the refreshing flavors.
