Raw avocado mousse takes just a few minutes to prepare, and you can enjoy it after it finishes chilling in the fridge.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 4 tablespoons raw cacao
- 4 tablespoons coconut syrup or maple syrup
- 1 tsp raw vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
Preparation
- Blend the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Spoon into individual bowls and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish chilled avocado mousse with blackberries, raspberries, or cacao nibs.
