Baked Parmesan Mushrooms(2 of 15)

Salty Parmesan enhances the earthy flavor of cremini mushrooms. These baked mushrooms are a healthier alternative to fried recipes.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds of cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons of dried thyme
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Place the mushrooms in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, thyme and Parmesan, then season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring at least once.
