Corn casserole is a classic, simple dish that can be made with boxed and canned ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 can of whole-kernel corn, drained
- 1 can of cream-style corn
- 1 8-ounce package of corn muffin mix
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 stick of butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine corn, muffin mix, sour cream, and butter.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with cheese, then bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
