Peanut Butter Cup In A Cookie(4 of 8)

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 cup of softened butter
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- Creamy Jif Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp of milk
- 40 mini peanut butter cups
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together, and put it aside.
- Whisk butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Beat in the milk, vanilla, and eggs.
- Add flour and mix.
- Shape them into dough balls and place them in a muffin pan.
- Bake them for 8 minutes and place a peanut butter cup in the center.
- Let them cool and serve.
This recipe is very confusing. It says 1 1/4 cups of sugar in list of ingredients, then tells you to put granulated sugar in with flour. Next sentence you are mixing granulated sugar (1 cup) with butter. Then later it says use rest of granulated sugar with cinnamon, what rest of granulated sugar? These cookies better be edible after wasting all of these ingredients!!!
