Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup amaranth, rinsed
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1 ½ tablespoon maca powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • ½ tablespoon coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup rolled oats (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a medium saucepan, add water and amaranth and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Put the mixture off the heat and combine the remaining ingredients.
  4. Once it has cooled a bit, pour in a bowl and enjoy with orange slices and oats.
