Ingredients

  • A pinch of salt
  • 10 ounces frozen raspberries
  • 10 ounces frozen mangoes or peaches
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup flaxseeds

For Topping:

  • Berries
  • Granola
  • Nuts
  • Coconut
  • Cream

Preparation

  1. Set aside the frozen fruit.
  2. Pour water and add peaches in a blender and blend.
  3. Now blend the raspberries with the coconut milk and combine the two fruit mixtures.
  4. Add honey, salt, flax, and chia seeds into the blender and combine.
  5. Let the mixture get thick by resting it for a few minutes.
  6. Pour it in a breakfast bowl and top it with your favorite fruits and nuts.
