Ingredients
- Shrimp (peeled and deveined with tail), 1 lb
- Garlic (minced), 1 tsp
- Honey, 4 tbsp
- Ginger (minced), ½ tsp
- Soy sauce, 2 tbsp
- Oil, for cooking
Preparation
- Combine garlic, ginger, honey and soy sauce and divide the mixture into half.
- Use half of the mixture to marinate shrimp. Toss and set aside for 20-30 minutes. Discard marinade.
- Place skillet over low-med heat and add oil. Add shrimp and sear them until browned. Cook for 1 minute on each side.
- Dish out and pour remaining sauce on top. Serve hot for refreshing flavors
