Winter Vegetable Mash with Sausages(2 of 5)

This simple dish makes an amazing treat for a cold, chilly night!
Ingredients
- 4 sausages
- 3 medium potatoes
- 2 parsnips
- Milk, 4 tbsp
- Brussels sprout, 175g
- Wholegrain mustard, 1 tbsp
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Preparation
:
- Grill all four sausages on a grill or pan until done.
- Peel and chop potatoes and parsnips and cook in boiling water for 10 minutes until softened.
- Add sprouts to the pan for 2-3 minutes along with potatoes and parsnips and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Mash vegetables and stir in milk. Continue beating to reach perfect consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with sausages and enjoy.
