Ingredients
- 12 – 16 small-sized saltine crackers
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 lb. crab meat (lump)
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayo
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
- Take out shells and make sure the crab meat is clean.
- Now in a bowl mix together all the ingredients and form small patties.
- Pour olive oil into a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place the patties in the pan and fry until golden brown on both the sides.
