Baked salmon with parmesan herb crust is the most delicious seafood recipe that we all love to eat. Not only is it healthy, but it has the mouth-watering taste of parmesan and herbs infused into salmon. Totally delicious and worth a try for days you just don’t want to eat anything heavy.

Ingredients

  • Minced garlic (3 cloves)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (chopped)
  • ¼ cup parsley (chopped)
  • 1 salmon filet (left whole, roughly 2 pounds)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place salmon on the baking sheet with skin side down.
  4. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper on top of salmon.
  5. Let salmon bake for 10 minutes and once done, sprinkle garlic, parsley mixture, and parmesan on top.
  6. Place the sheet back into the oven and cook until salmon reached a temperature of 135 degrees F.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest until it is ready to be served.
