Ingredients
- 2 cups salmon, cooked and flaked
- 2 hardboiled eggs, crushed
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 peeled cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup of chopped onions
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and mix gently. Serve on a bed of lettuce or spinach.
