Ingredients
- Honey, ¼ cup
- Garlic (minced), 3 cloves
- Soy sauce (reduced sodium), 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil, 1 tbsp
- Seasoned rice vinegar, 1 tbsp
- Ginger (freshly grated), 1 tbsp
- Sriracha, 1 tsp
- Salmon fillets, 2 lbs
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Sesame seeds, ½ tsp
Preparation
- Set the oven to preheat at 375 degrees F. prepare a baking sheet and line it with foil.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together garlic, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, pepper, and sriracha.
- Place salmon fillets in the baking sheet and fold it up on all sides. Spoon the mixture over the salmon and cover the foil entirely. Your salmon should be packed.
- Set to bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the oven, carefully open the pack and broil for another 2 minutes until salmon is slightly charred and caramelized.
- Remove from foil and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and serve immediately.
