It’s hard to screw up a casserole, but it’s not hard to improve one. Enhance your favorite chicken casserole recipe with 2 cups of crushed potato chips. Add one cup to the mixture, and reserve the other cup for topping the baked casserole after you remove it from the oven.
That’s not Mac n Cheese in the pic, it looks like Tuna Casserole….but still yummy with crushed chips on top. I prefer sour cream and onion on my Tuna Casserole. Mmmmmmm!!!
