Easy And Creamy Pasta Alfredo(5 of 6)

Ingredients
- Chicken breast fillets, 1 lb
- Sea salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Ground white pepper, to taste
- Heavy cream, 2 cups
- Butter (unsalted), 2 tbsp
- 3 large cloves of garlic
- Parmesan cheese (grated), ¾ cup + more for topping
- Fettuccine pasta, 1 lb
Preparation
- Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and white pepper. If you prefer, you can even cut chicken in strips before seasoning. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes to adjust flavors.
- To prepare, melt butter in a pan and sauté chicken until cooked.
- In another pot, simmer garlic and cream together over low heat. Set it for 10 minutes.
- When the cream mixture is ready, pour it in the pan with chicken strips. Remove garlic.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and stir to combine everything together. Set it simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat.
- Meanwhile, prepare fettuccine pasta following the instructions on the package. When done, remove and drain.
- Add pasta to the sauce and chicken and toss to combine well.
- Top with extra parmesan cheese and other herbs you like.
- Serve warm and enjoy the traditional, cheesy flavors.
