Peach And Basil Beef Burgers(4 of 6)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds of ground sirloin
- 2 tbsp of pickled jalapeño peppers (chopped)
- 2 tbsp juice of pickled jalapeño pepper
- 1 tsp of salt (kosher)
- 6 slices of thick bacon
- 1 sliced sweet onion
- 1/2 cup of peach chutney
- 4 oz. of softened goat cheese
- 6 toasted hamburger buns
- 1 sliced peach
- Basil leaves
Preparation
- Preheat your grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine the top four ingredients together and mold them into 4-inch patties.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-heat for 8 minutes.
- Take out the bacon, drain them in paper towels, and reserve 2 tbsp of drippings in the skillet.
- Turn the heat to medium high and sauté the onions in the bacon drippings for about 6 minutes.
- Rake it off heat and add peach chutney.
- Grill each side of the patty for about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle it with cheese and serve it on buns with bacon, basil leaves, peach, and onion mixture.
