Ingredients

• 1 tsp of lemon zest (grated)
• 3 tbsp of sugar
• 3 cups of strawberries (halved)
• 1 egg
• 4 English muffins (split and soaked)
• Yogurt
• Strawberries
• Honey

Preparation

1. Combine 1 tsp of lemon zest with 3 tbsp of sugar in a bowl.
2. Mix them together and combine a third of the sugar mixture with the 3 cups of sliced strawberries
3. Make the egg mixture for French toast.
4. Soak 4 English muffins in the mixture.
5. Fry them for about 5 minutes in a skillet with oil.
6. Decorate it with yogurt, honey, and strawberries.
7. Serve with syrup.
