This delicious and healthy smoothie is for people who need to rush out of the house in the morning. It is easy to prepare and you can make it the day before.

Make large quantities of the smoothie to put it in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1 of glass ice cubes
  • 4 oz. of regular soy milk
  • 2 tbsp of wheat flakes
  • 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp of raisins
  • 2 dates (chopped and pitted)
  • 2 tsp of honey

Preparation

  1. In the blender, place 1/2 of the ice.
  2. Add 1/2 of cereal, soy milk, raisins, dates, cereal, and seeds into it, and blend.
  3. Add the rest of the ice, spy milk, and honey.
  4. Blend one more time.
  5. Pour it in glass and serve it with a straw.
