You probably did not think that you could eat pizza for breakfast. You wanted to, but you could not, as it is strictly to be eaten for dinner.

This recipe puts a twist on your favorite fast food by adding food you would normally eat for breakfast into a pizza.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 jar of red peppers (roasted, diced, cut into (3-inch) strips
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 2 breakfast sausage (1/2 thick slices)
  • 4 English muffins (toasted and whole wheat)
  • 1/4 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup white Cheddar (shredded)

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place a pan over medium low heat.
  3. In a bowl, place the eggs and beat them with a fork.
  4. Add pepper, salt, milk, and mix to combine.
  5. Melt butter in the pan, and then add the eggs.
  6. Use a rubber spatula to stir the eggs.
  7. Add peppers to the egg when it is halfway done.
  8. On a sheet pan, put the English muffins.
  9. Spread 1 tbsp of tomato sauce on the baked English muffins.
  10. Place 2 tbsp of cheddar on top of each muffin.
  11. Add sausage and pepper on top of it.
  12. Bake for 4 minutes.
  13. Allow it to cool slightly and serve.
