Ingredients

  • 8 skewers
  • 1 can of pineapple (cubed)
  • 1/2 pound of sweet Italian sausage (sliced into 2-inch pieces)
  • 1/4 pound of pancetta (cubed)
  • 1 red pepper (cored and sliced into 1-inch squares)

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place two sets of sausage, red pepper, pancetta, and 1/2 cup of pineapple on each skewer.
  3. Place the pancetta on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Serve warm.
