Ingredients
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup of butter (unsalted)
- 14 oz. can of condensed milk (sweetened)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of pecans (chopped coarsely)
- 3/4 cup of chocolate chips (semisweet)
- 1 cup of chocolate and toffee baking pieces
Preparation
- Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a food processor, mix sugar, flour, and butter.
- Pulse until it forms a crumbly dough.
- Use your hands or the back of a flat wooden serving spoon to grease a baking dish (9 X 13 inch).
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Combine vanilla, eggs, and condensed milk in a bowl and pour the mixture over the crust.
- Decorate with toffee pieces, chocolate chips, and pecans.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Place it in the fridge for 2 hours, slice, and serve.
