Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 of packet of crushed saltine crackers
- 4 cube steaks
- 2 tsp of vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp of seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 tsp of onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp of steak seasoning
- 1/4 cup of milk
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine milk and egg.
- In another bowl, whisk crackers, salt, garlic power, onion powder, and steak seasoning.
- First, dip the steaks into the egg and milk mixture, and then in the flour mixture.
- Place a skillet with oil over medium-high heat to cook the steaks, cooking each side for 4 minutes.
- Serve.
