Ingredients
- 2/3 cup of heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cups + 2 tbsp of spooned and leveled all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp of salt (kosher)
- 8 peaches (sliced into 1/2-inch-thick wedges)
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 6 tbsp of butter (cold, unsalted, and cut into cubes)
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 scoop of ice cream
Preparation
- Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add peaches, 2 tbsp of flour, and 1/4 cup of sugar in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Place them onto a baking dish (8-inch).
- Combine 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of flour, baking powder, butter, and salt in a food processor and pulse, until they become coarse.
- Add cream and pulse one more time.
- Drop the batter on top of the peaches.
- Place the baking dish on top of a rimmed sheet.
- Bake for about 60 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream.
