Chicken Tortilla Soup(2 of 6)

Ingredients
- 1 jar salsa verde
- 3cups cooked chicken pieces (1 small rotisserie chicken or leftovers will work)
- 1 15-ounce can beans, drained
- 3cups chicken broth or more if desired
- 1tspn ground cumin
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2cup sour cream
- Tortilla chips to top soup
Preparation
- Empty salsa in large saucepan. Cook for 2 minutes over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken, beans, broth, and cumin.
- Boil, lower heat to simmer, and cook 10 minutes. Stir.
- Top each bowl with onions, sour cream, tortilla chips.
