Skillet bacon, also known as pan-fried bacon, is typically crispy and curly. If your bacon strips are too large for your skillet, cut them in half.

You aren’t limited to the bottom of the skillet when you pan-fry bacon. You can also place strips on the sides of the pan.

Let the bacon sizzle over medium-high heat until crisp, and place on a plate covered in paper towels to capture the grease.
