Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups of cheese (processed and shredded)
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of onion (chopped)
- 1 packet of hash brown (frozen and thawed)
- 1 can of condensed and undiluted cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
- Combine sour cream, cheese, cream of mushroom, onion, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Slowly add the hash browns to the mixture to coat.
- Use cooking spray to coat the slow cooker.
- Place the hash brown mixture into the slow cooker.
- Cover it, cook it on high for 1 hour and 30 minutes, decrease heat to low, and cook for 2 hours 30 minutes.
- Serve.
