Ingredients
- Parmesan cheese (grated), ¼ cup
- Whole milk, 1 cup
- All-purpose flour, 2 tbsp
- Butter, 2 tbsp
- Ground black pepper, ¼ tsp
- Granulated sugar, 2 tbsp
- Heavy cream, 1 cup
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Frozen corn kernels (thawed) 2 pkg.
Preparation
- Place a skillet over low-med heat. Add corn, butter, sugar, and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and milk and add to the corn mixture. Stir well. Continue cooking for 4-5 minutes on low-med heat until corn is cooked and mixture has thickened.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and continue cooking until cheese has melted. Stir and cook for another minute and serve hot!
