Spaghetti Pasta With Cherry Tomatoes And Broccoli(6 of 6)

Ingredients

  • Olive oil, 3 tbsp
  • Butter, 3 tbsp
  • Garlic (minced), 1 tbsp
  • Spaghetti pasta (cooked), 1 pkg.
  • Fresh broccoli florets, 4 cups
  • Cherry tomatoes, 2 cups
  • Parmesan cheese, 2 cups
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Prepare pasta following the directions on the package and set aside.
  2. Add broccoli florets to a steam bowl and cook over steaming water until tender. Drain and set aside. Slice cherry tomatoes into halves.
  3. Place a skillet over low-med heat. Add olive oil and butter and heat.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant. Add the cooked pasta and toss to adjust flavor. Add tomatoes, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Next, toss in broccoli and combine.
  5. Adjust flavors by seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Add parmesan cheese on the top and let it melt slightly.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy the delicious flavors!
