Spaghetti Pasta With Cherry Tomatoes And Broccoli(6 of 6)

Ingredients
- Olive oil, 3 tbsp
- Butter, 3 tbsp
- Garlic (minced), 1 tbsp
- Spaghetti pasta (cooked), 1 pkg.
- Fresh broccoli florets, 4 cups
- Cherry tomatoes, 2 cups
- Parmesan cheese, 2 cups
- Salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Prepare pasta following the directions on the package and set aside.
- Add broccoli florets to a steam bowl and cook over steaming water until tender. Drain and set aside. Slice cherry tomatoes into halves.
- Place a skillet over low-med heat. Add olive oil and butter and heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant. Add the cooked pasta and toss to adjust flavor. Add tomatoes, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Next, toss in broccoli and combine.
- Adjust flavors by seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add parmesan cheese on the top and let it melt slightly.
- Serve warm and enjoy the delicious flavors!
